How much does it cost to register with Certified?
NOTHING! There is never a charge to register, and no fees are ever required for access to any particular assignments. Additionally, you are never obligated to accept any assignment offers - choose only those assignments that interest you.
What are the requirements to register as a Certified Field Associate (CFA)?
To register with Certified as an independent contractor, you must be at least 18 years of age. To be successful as a Certified Field Associate, it is important to accept only those assignments you are able to deliver to specifications with quality service within the specified timeframe, read your instructions and follow the assignment guidelines, and present yourself in a professional manner while conducting your assignments.
How do I get assignments?
After registering, you will be able to log in and search for assignments in your area. Some assignment types you will be able to accept, and others you will be able to request. Emails are sent to alert you of assignment opportunities when they are posted on the website, so you can react quickly to get the assignments you wish to contract for.
What type of assignments are available in my area?
Certified offers a wide range of services on a nationwide basis, which are described in . While there are always thousands of available assignments, not all assignment types are available in all areas at all times. However, new assignments are added daily, so keep checking back regularly, and watch your email for alerts.
What happens after I accept an assignment?
Generally, after you accept an assignment, you will do the following:
- Download your paperwork.
- Update your status online to let us know you’re all set, or if you have any questions or problems.
- Conduct your assignment.
- Submit the results of your assignment online within 12 hours of assignment completion.
- Receive payment for your completed assignment, generally within 30 days.
What does Certified do with my information after I sign up?
Your information is used for our database only, and is not given or sold to any other business entity. Certified values your privacy, and understands the importance of protecting and keeping confidential your information.
How do I remove myself from Certified’s list of active CFA’s?
If you no longer wish to provide services on behalf of Certified and wish to remove yourself from our roster, you can easily process your request right on the website when you are logged in. Or, you can let us know of your request over the phone, or via email.
